I had a bikini wax and awarded 3 stars. The waxing itself wasn’t bad, but it took quite a long time and I was left a little sore after.

The visit was for a quick facial. The staff were nice to start. The facial lacked atmosphere due to the heater blaring and the two members of staff whispering to eachother throughout the facial. The actual facial was okay- I was not asked about my skin and actually was given moisturiser which was too greasy. When my gold face mask was left on, I was left in a cold room (heater turned off) and all I could hear was the staff chatting loudly and clattering about. Overall it wasn't relaxing, wasn't tailored to my skin or worth the money.

The place is nice, cheap price and the woman who was making leg wax was very kind and I felt comfortable. I'll definitelly go back
