Way too short and uncomfortable experience throughout the hair cut.
I was nervous straight away as the stylist never looked at my hair as it was before washing it, then left me in front of the window with wet hair for about 15 minutes while she threaded someone else's eyebrows.
I told her what I wanted and that I wanted to keep it long, she cut some off the back and showed the hair she cut off to me, asking if that was ok- it was a bit too late if it wasn't! She then went way shorter than that anyway.
She never asked how I wanted it blow dried and spent ages making it curly which I wouldn't have asked for, especially as there were people waiting awkwardly for her to finish with me.
The actual cut is nice, but isn't what I wanted. I won't be coming back here.
