The massage itself was very good. I felt it was well suited to what I wanted. The only downside is the ambience - beginning with having to be let in though the back door of what looked like an office block, which seemed unusual (apparently on Sundays there is no receptionist) and the therapy room itself although very clean and tidy did feel like a massage table in an ordinary office pod.
