I came to Sasho a day after walking my first marathon and he advised me to come back after 2-3 days as a massage that soon after would be painful and unhelpful. He was completely right and I really appreciated his honesty and kindness. When I returned, the sports massage itself was absolutely fantastic and help relieve a lot of stress - it felt my recovery had been sped up by a couple of days. Sasho also gave me a lot of advice on stretches to do, what to consume and active recovery.

After a 700km bike ride over 11 days, I booked a sports massage. He warmed up the muscles before working deeper and used just the right pressure throughout. Professional, knowledgeable and effective. Highly recommended!
