This was my first sports massage and it exceeded my expectations. Throughout the session Sasho was very professional and attentive to detail. He also gave a lot of helpful advice on stretches and which muscle groups need strengthening.

Very good massage for back ache resulting from sitting too long at work with bad posture. Movement was much improved afterwards!
