My child was refused a haircut because she was crying and distressed instead of helping me and waiting for me to try and settle her they kept telling me they can't do it. I was trying to tell them to give me some time to settle her but the receptionist came in and telling me she won't let me do it and showing annoyance at the situation. My haircut went well and the stylist Markarta did my job pretty well and advised and made sure my child is comfortable throughout my experience which was nice
