My therapist was Aman who was really lovely. Made me feel very comfortable and she was very quick! Defo will recommend this place

I didn’t like the wait time, I had a very busy schedule which is why the appointment was booked in the first place despite coming early I still had to wait even longer. 20mins later I had to ask if someone could do my face first since the rooms was occupied and there was 4 staff members just waiting around. When one did my face she lost my nose ring and was really rude. I think I would know if I walked out my house with a ring on or not. Overall I didn’t like the customer experience aspect at all.
