I had previously gone to do eyebrows and wasn’t happy but decided to give it another chance for legs and arm wax. The experience and cleanliness was to a very high degree. Aman asked me multiple times if I’m happy/okay. She made sure I wasn’t in pain. She is a very lovely person. Don’t let her go. She’s a star.

waxer was clearly not as experienced. as lovely as she was, her technique was obviously lacking and there was still patches of hair left which broke off rather than pulled out of the roots.

My visit was easy and the wax was speedy. I was however told on arrival the pricing on treatwell was inaccurate and was asked to pay £30 instead of the advertised £24 for a full body wax.
