My facial is excellent every time, suzana is very experienced and lovely, everyone is very friendly and welcoming and I’m glad I have a salon close by where I can go for all my treatments

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the most traumatic experience I have ever encountered with a salon. The were rough and non professional and due to incompetency they could not finish my wax. They refused to give me a refund to the point where police had to be called. I will be taking this further and filing a civil case against them!! Don’t use, unless you want to be sworn at by the manager
