Waited hours to be seen despite having a appointment made when i was seen she washed me hair attended another client while i was wet, started cutting then stopped did another client, dried it cut was wonky. Horrible i wont go again

Customer service is exceptional, Neelam really takes the time to listen to her client's needs and goes all out to ensure the client is really pleased with the end result. During the process, Neelam gives very useful advice on how to care for hair the Dos and Donts. Neelam is very professional, courteous, friendly and has very detailed knowledge
At the end of my appointment, my hair was very shiny, silky and sleek straight which is exactly what I asked for. I would definitely recommend

I really enjoyed getting a wash, cut and blow-dry from Neelam. The wash was very relaxing, she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and the blow-dry was well done, too. Definitely recommend going there and will definitely be back!
