Poor organisation. Cancelled my appointment last minute leaving me without enough time to make alternative arrangements. Disappointed as the salon had great reviews but my experience was horrible and made me feel like my business wasn’t wanted or appreciated. Very unwelcoming and non-inclusive experience. Also check the booking availability as they double booked and couldn’t honour my booking. Also it says they open on Sunday (false) and the address in Google maps take you to the wrong place.

Super Friendly & great cut!
So pleased with my entire experience. Best hair wash I’ve ever had, so kind and courteous. Love my cut, they did exactly what I wanted & a fabulous blow dry on top! Thank you ladies :)

I had a great experience, Neelam was really warm and welcoming, listened and got a good understanding of what I wanted and gave great advice and took the time it said it would when booking. Really pleased with the results and look forward to returning. So happy I’ve found such an amazing hairdresser.
