Neelam was fabulous. She was really honest and understanding to what I wanted. The end result was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Most other hairdressers were not able to get a lift out of my hair, but Neelam was great in getting what I wanted. Would definitely go back soon.

I waited a few minutes to be seen to as Neelam was busy with customers. She was very sweet, took extra time with my hair, applied a hair masque to help revive my hair, cut my hair and styled it in an excellent way. She is very thorough, sweet and talented. I look forward to returning.

Waited hours to be seen despite having a appointment made when i was seen she washed me hair attended another client while i was wet, started cutting then stopped did another client, dried it cut was wonky. Horrible i wont go again

Customer service is exceptional, Neelam really takes the time to listen to her client's needs and goes all out to ensure the client is really pleased with the end result. During the process, Neelam gives very useful advice on how to care for hair the Dos and Donts. Neelam is very professional, courteous, friendly and has very detailed knowledge
At the end of my appointment, my hair was very shiny, silky and sleek straight which is exactly what I asked for. I would definitely recommend
