The service was friendly and leg and bikini wax were both fine and relatively efficient.The appointment started late and although they apologised I was on a tight schedule so this wasn’t helpful. I didn’t expect this to be the case given I was the first customer of the day. Furthermore, they left a burn mark on my thigh from the hot wax and charged me an unspecified amount for something which I had thought was included. Verdict: I’d try other salons before going back here.

Neeta was so great - my first time having waxing done and she made me so comfortable. Such a lovely woman and I will definitely be re-booking and I would recommend to anyone feeling nervous, she’s great!
