I booked this appointment for a friend and paid upfront for it but on the day they did a different treatment. They informed my friend after they'd finished that they'd have to charge her again because it was a different treatment and encouraged her to cancel this booking and get a refund. But by the time they did so it was too late. I dont understand why they couldn't just cancel it from their end so I get refunded the money I lost or get her to pay the difference if it was more expensive.
