Venue lovely and everyone is polite. I booked to have my hair blow dried and prepaid on treatwell for a 45minute without extensions blow dry. Having had many blow drys in the past I explained I wanted lift/body to my hair, it was apparent my stylist was just inexperienced at parting the hair and methodically blow drying each section well.
I was a little dissatisfied but felt upset when they proceeded to ask for £20. I explained I had prepaid £32. There was no eye contact and so I left!
Blow Dry
The hairdresser cut my 2year old son hair. She was very unprofessional, sighing and very rude to him. She had very bad temper. At minute 45 she cut too much hair from his right side and blame him loudly for this. I was terribly embarrassed and did not know how to react. My son started feeling anxious and unsettled. Later, she told me to hold his head and scratched my mouth with her nail. She said “sorry” and she kept going with bad manners. She did not apologize and charged £35 (before said £20)
