The therapist who took care I of me couldn’t speak English at all, which made it impossible to communicate. I’ve been to loads of good waxing and she definitely had a poor waxing technique causing most of the hair to break instead of being pulled out from the roots. She did most of the hair removal with the tweezer in my private area which was absolutely awful. I am very shy and I regret not speaking up when I was asked by the owner if everything went well. It was my worst waxing experience.
