Due to unforseen staffing issues, I was asked to come back later. Nejla was very apologetic and was honest explaining the reason for the change of appointment which I appreciated.
Once I was seen, I found Nejla to be caring and understanding towards my sensitivities. Very professional and thorough. I was impressed with her attention to detail ensuring a high quality finish to my eyebrows.
