While she was nice, she didn’t use proper waxing techniques which caused quite a bit of pain. She didn’t pull the skin tight or apply pressure after removing the wax. I had a good amount of broken hairs which I had to tweeze myself once I got home. I also had quite a bit of bruising, skin came off with the wax and she dipped the same spatula into the wax for the whole session.
