The wax didn't remove all hairs, left quite a lot behind actually. Not satisfied

Lovely experience from Nelly, I had my eyebrows waxed here for the first time. Nelly was very welcoming and made sure I was happy with my eyebrows. I wanted a particular shape and Nelly listened and made sure I was happy with with everything. I will definitely be going back again.

Chose to pay for strip rather than hot wax but Nelly was so good at her job the pain was not at all any more! She did the job super quickly and had a lovely conversation; absolutely not a thing to not be happy with
