Unfortunately not a lot of ambiance. No relaxing music or candles. Basically a massage on a waxing treatment table. The massage itself was ok, but not a relaxing experience overall sadly.

Nelly was very friendly and welcoming. Spoke to me throughout the experience which was very kind, as I have never had a wax before and was anxious. Will be going back!
