I have only had my waxing done here for months so it’s sad I write this. I booked a treatment 2 weeks ago, and moved my appointment at 2pm to 3:15. I turned up ontime & waited 30 minutes, expressing that I had another appointment at 4:10. I was told the therapist was running a little late but I’d be fine. They then took another client in ahead of me and when I asked they made out I was late when she knew she booked me in for 3:15. Total gaslighting &horrific experience will never go back
