Thre staff are lovely and welcoming . Unfortunately they were running 25 minutes behind. and for some reason the treatment took an hour.. If I had known prior to. Going that it would take that long I wouldn't have booked an appt for Friday afternoon. Te ony other issue is the wax wasn't hot enough and she struggled to successfully remove all of the hair.

Nena was lovely and careful, and I had a quick and relatively painless (as much as it could be!) hot wax brazilian. Slightly more than I usually pay but well worth it as it was better than ones Ive gotten as well. Lovely salon as well.
