A simple place in the bottom of a hair salon. Great for waxing, I have been here a couple if times and have always had good results

Made a last minute booking an hour before.
Arrived and was told the beauty therapist would be right up.
Waited half an hour, was taken downstairs and asked to wait while she finished with a previous client which I was happy to do.
15 minutes later was sent into a room on my own, beauty therapist came in and had me booked in for the wrong treatment. Was told if i waited until she had done her next client she might be able to fit me in.
Complete joke, as I had already waited 45 minutes.
Unprofessional and unorganised.
Will NOT be coming back to this salon
Why give out bookings if the time is not available?

I had hollywood and underarm waxing, and eyebrow waxing all of them: 5stars! Nice place and ambiance, really nice staff!

Friends have always said that I have lovely blue eyes but I have never known how to bring them to their full potential. Nena has done that with an eyebrow shaping and tinting, eyelash tinting and then by giving me the full treatment with real mink eyelash extensions at her recommendation. The change is unbelievable! Just as Nena explained, these have framed out and complemented the natural shape of my face, hair colour and eye colour. It really makes a huge, positive difference to my appearance. Thank you, Nena! I'll be back! I love it!
Very nice, clean and friendly place! The service was great! I enjoyed the time there and the waxing was not really painful! Highly recommend the hot wax
