Warm welcome, chilled music and candles and a very relaxing massage. Massage was not too hard and the masseuse was friendly and hospitable, yet did not talk all the time (which I really prefer, so that was great!).

This was by far the best Hollywood wax I've ever had- thorough, clean and with absolutely no awkwardness- I will certainly return. Staff were absolutely lovely and I'm really happy to have found a great Waxer!

Amazing as ever. Very friendly welcome, always making you feel comfortable. Wax was efficient and as close to pain free as you can get - I am very sensitive and to have little redness is always a great thing for me.

My main complaint is the cleanliness of the place. Gross! The pedicure spa was really dirty, I don't even know how I put my feet in..I left them out in the end as I couldn't leave them in there anymore. It was in need of a good clean, like it had never been cleaned. The therapist didn't do a great pedicure, she cut my big toenail too much on one side so now it's wonky and looks rubbish. She also started 15mins late. This was supposed to be a 'second chance good impression' as the first time I booked and showed up, another lady said they couldn't do the treatment as there was no-one to do it! Very poor service.

Probably the best Hollywood wax I've ever had! I had waited for a bit too long to have it done so it was obviously rather painful, but Nena was very lovely and made sure she did the best possible job with the least discomfort. I'd definitely recommend seeing her, also because the salon is conveniently situated just across the road from the tube station and open late during the week, but mainly because the result was impeccable. I'll go back soon enough myself.
