So I had this facial yesterday and I was left with a blood vessel mark on my chin!!! I have had several facials but one has never left a mark on my face, I suspect this was when she used her metal extraction tool. I only hope it goes away soon as it is visible with makeup on!! The massage was only a light neck and shoulder massage I thought it would be a full 30 mins back massage. The therapist was very nice but the fact that I left with a visible mark on my face does not leave this as a good experience that paid for and I would never go back.

Went in for a wax, Nena was great. It is hard to find such a good wax in London. Will definitely be going back!
