This was the first time i have ever gotten a manicure. When i first walked into the Salon i was very nervous but the staff greeted me and one even asked to make me a cup of tea which was quite nice. I arrived 20 mins before my manicure and was seen right on the time of my booking. I saw the lovely Nena, she is one of the most nicest people i have ever met, she was caring, polite, easy-going and friendly. We chated throughout most of the manicure, I felt like i had known her for years. She understood that i had never had a manicure before and assured me not to worry and that she'll do a great job. I can't say any more praises but my nails looks wonderful. I had a french manicure. My boyfriend says they look amazing. I will definately be back again for another French Manicure and a Pedicure with Nena. Great Job!! :)
was perfect - nena made me feel relaxed and at ease an d made my feet feel rejuvenated and soft.. she took the time and patience to make sure they were perfect. will definitely return in the future!

Despite a wait at the outset, overall a really great experience at Nena's. My wax was about 15 minutes late (some miscommunication between the receptionist and Nena) but once I was with Nena the treatment was great. She was really friendly and talked me through the treatment, and we had a nice chat overall. I would go back and recommend. My sensitive skin was not as irritated as it usually is following a wax.

Nena is one of a kind, a true professional and an amazing person. My mani pedi and waxing is absolutely perfect but the best part is that you will leave relaxed and with a smile.
