I had gel nails done at the salon by a different lady, not Nena herself however, Nena was extremely lovely to me, offering me a drink straight away and coming over to make sure that I was okay. She chatted to me and was extremely sweet, offering me drinks once more :)! The girl who did my nails was very thorough and took a lot of time and care doing them. Overall it was a great service as I booked very last minute (booked for 6:45 but was seen at 6:30 as I was early) and I was made to feel very welcome. Will definitely go back, thank you!

Nena is a star. I booked a last minute manicure with her on Wahanda, added a pedicure and then was back the next day for a facial, eyebrow wax & tint and a lash tint. She's a great conversationalist, but also an amazing aesthetician. Couldn't have been more impressed and have already booked my next appointment. The location is great, the only minor disappointment is the actual look and feel of the salon itself. It doesn't feel especially luxe - But by the time you're finished, you'll be raving about Nena and have forgotten about the downstairs view!
Great Hollywood wax! Nena was very lovely and very professional. Wills ego itself be coming back for my next wax!

I had a mani/pedi with Nena and she is a dream. Had wonderful convo- she is really interesting! And the nail service was great although it took at least 2 hours. Minus a star for a slim selection of polish colors and the salon ambience isn't exactly luxurious, but not unpleasant.
