I had actually gone to do my hair and when i popped downstairs to the washrooms, I notice Nena's pad along with the display of nail and beauty items.
Nena was wonderfully calm and professional and chatted to me about the various types of facials other beauty treatments. I mentioned that I wanted to get my gel names touched up and she suggested shellac. It was a hard job getting all that gel off my names but Nena persevered and then finished my nails in a gorgeous coral coloured shellac - ideal for the summer. The service was very professional and Nena's manner most gracious and calming. I would definately recommend Nena to anyone I know as she is brilliant. Thank you Nena.
