First of all I want to specify that I had two bookings with this practice, I must say that I was a bit surprised when I've seen that it's not a proper dental practice but more a beauty salon with some dental services (scale & polish, theet whitehning,..).
I've called them 2 weeks prior a theet whitening appoitment to enquire about the possibilities I have as one of my teeths have a filling, they advised me to book a scale and polish before to come for a wihtening session which I did, pay them for it and went there, when I came in to my whitening session next, they told me that their received a crystalised gel and it might be bad for my teeth by that it's up to me if I want to carry on the treatment or rebook another appoitment, I refused of course, they even tried to sell me a teeth past for £20 after making me lose time, money and no whitening done for an important ceremony abroad and refused to compensate me....Bad service and not meeting customers expectations.
