This facial experience was definitely rushed and wasn't very thorough. Booking through Treatwell doesn't inform the salon of the appointment and so the facialist had to spend 15 minutes setting me up on the system and organising the room. I didn't enjoy the experience and wouldn't recommend. My skin didn't feel very clean after the facial and was actually quite dry following the use of acids.

This was my third time with Lucy at Neogleam. My dark spots are 80 percent better and I’m expecting them completely gone in the next month. Lucy explained everything about the laser treatment and how it works. She gave me good advice about others things too. I’m going to go back and get my spider veins treated. Neogleam is spotlessly clean and I liked the reminders for my appointments
