Rachel was so lovely and gave me the exact haircut I wanted and asked for. The girl who washed my hair was amazing also and I left feeling pampered and very happy with my experience. Would recommend Neon to everyone.

Had a great haircut with Chloe, she was really helpful in helping me work out what I wanted and did a brilliant job at cutting including texturising it and putting in layers. Would definitely go back.
