Had my third b12 shot coincidentally the same weekend the clocks went back for the winter and wow!!! The season change usually has me feeling lazy, extremely tired and depressed especially being aneamic. Personally the b12 shots are doing so much more for me now then all the iron tablets I've been prescribed over the years!!
