Kristina was very pleasant and polite
she took her time and was extremely patient with my mother.
Kristina is skilled and knew what she was doing with confidence,
my mother was very happy with her treatment and was asking to book back in again ! she really enjoyed her morning and Kristina made her very comfortable and relaxed.

This was the first time my mum has had a facial and didn't know what to expect, however she was very pleasantly surprised and thought erenesta was very well trained and knowledgeable. She made my mum very comfortable and the treatment itself was fantastic. so much so my mum cancelled her hair appointment elsewhere and booked in here again!
i would recommend the facials to everyone, and the salon itself is beautiful as are the lovely staff there.
