I booked at this venue after reading the "good" reviews. I am very disappointed with my haircut, my expectations were a flowy, precision cut. On my first visit, I received a haircut that seemed unfinished so I contacted the salon for this to be corrected as the ends felt heavy with no texture. I went back the next day.I was given two options for this to be corrected, shorter length or thinning scissors (I am not a hairdresser). Thinning scissors were used all over the hair- awful result.
