absolutely brilliant kept making sure I was okay with everything she was doing and that I was comfortable been a few times now twice myself and twice with my daughter every time has been amazing.

Gemma knew exactly how to do my hair in line with what I was after, gave me lots of recommendations and did my hair knowing it was a few hours before I was actually going out, so it would hold its style for then. She was utterly lovely and made me feel very comfortable.
