Having a good experience before, this time I was really disappointed. I brought a picture and had a clear conversation about what I wanted. I was left with a style very different to what I asked for and ended up going to another salon the next day to salvage it because I was so unhappy with the cut. The salon was exceptionally busy and wonder if this meant my stylist was distracted and overstretched. An expensive mistake for me. I
