I have a bit of a phobia about hairdressers - not helped by having been shielding through lockdown, But I couldn't have had a better experience- understated, kind and easy, Really listened to what I wanted and coped with my lack of confidence re how to describe what I wanted. A plan was made and I was told we'd start small and could always cut more off as we go along - greatly enhancing my confidence ! I actually had a very pleasant experience and love the cut ! Thank you - would recommend !

The loveliest balayage treatment I've had. Gemma really took the time to make sure on I was happy with the cut and colour and the results were fab. Really friendly place and felt very safe with the covid measures.
