Gemma was very friendly, but unfortunately her friendliness and kind approach are the only positives about this salon. The overall impression of the visit was negative, the owner should work on improving the hygiene of the premises and the tools used—it’s very dirty. Hairdressers work without aprons, hair flies everywhere, including on the sofas, and visitors’ belongings are placed on wet, used towels. Much more hair was cut off than I expected, and the lines are uneven.

I have had my hair cut a number of times over the past couple years at Nevaeh, and always come out happy. Clare is a great stylist and very skilled and makes good suggestions and knows what to do with my thick curly messy hair.
