Had a lovely experience. I can sometimes feel on edge in new places but Gemma made me feel completely welcome and comfortable. As for my hair I only asked for a few layers and face framing, Gemma did a fantastic job and gave me exactly what I wanted while making sure I was happy at each step of the haircut.
