Quick and easy with a very personable and knowledgeable esthetician. It is a little awkward finding the place the first time (basement rooms beneath a cafe), but once there it's warm, clean, and bright. Everything was pretty standard when it comes to an intimate wax, but overall not very painful, very quick and skilled, and very affordable. I will be going back again.
