The masseuse was brilliant and really knew her stuff. She went overtime with me and gave me lot of advice about my back and shoulders in addition to the treatment. Unfortunately, the room was quite cold and very brightly lit, which was not her fault at all, and she apologised for this. There was also loud commercial radio being played in the reception, so all in, the experience could have been more relaxing and the venue wasn't great, but the therapist was excellent!
