Arriving at the clinic - it was easy to find via the prior instructions I was given over the phone. I arrived at the clinic to be greeted by 2 ladies, one of whom I wasn't sure if they worked there and another lady who I presumed worked there as she had a tunic on. They didn't check me in, instead asked "what treatment are you here for?", fairly off putting I must say.
There was an air of disorganisation. The two ladies, who I now understand (or gather) are mother and daughter (!) communicated by shouting / calling to each other across the building. Very little regard for client confidentiality (GDPR).
I was not given an estimate on how long my treatment would take but it took the best part of 2 hours - so leave yourself enough time!
I have to say though, I was pleased with the results and was given a free treatment to aid the treatment I had booked in for.
The value for money is good and I will be returning for my follow up appointments, although, if I hadn't paid for a course, I'm not sure I would be!
The staff are friendly enough, but if you are easily intimidated or anxious about social situations, as I am, I wouldn't have thought this was the right place to have a some-what intimate procedure done.

I would recommend avatar aesthetic 200% they are amazing I had past 4 years laser treatment from biothecare and Exeter medical with no result...
I spent thousands of pounds for nothing until I found avatar and started treatment with no hope I thought well I give a last try it was miracle my all hair gone after these years suffering with it.

I would really recommend them whoever is suffering with bad hair....
