Every treatment I have had at New Church House has been extremely high quality. The dry styles/hair up are a fantastic service - fast, great value for money and delivered with excellent customer service - perfect for before an event or celebration. The ladies providing nail services are experts - my gel nails last much longer than other salons and the level of service is very high - always friendly and helpful. Natasha is absolutely brilliant with hair colour - she has created such a great balayage look for me and I look forward to every appointment with her. The hair laser removal has worked great for me - I'm only half way through the treatment but I'm virtually hair free already - Louise is flexible and has worked really fast on me when I only had limited time for one of the treatments.
Overall, all of the NCH team provide a friendly and happy environment - this isn't always the case with beauty and hair salons. I would happily spend an afternoon there and if I need to bring my children with me, that is no problem. It's a great place to go with a few friends and make the most of the extensive bar and cocktails too.
For nearly two years now Hayley has been doing my hair. Lets just say to start off with it was some what a challenge due to a previous botched job, but Hayley has never given up and every time I leave the salon I feel 10 times better. I trust her completely, as sometimes I don't even know what I want to do with my hair, she's a hair guru and provides fab hair care advice and tells me which products are best to use as I have bleach in my hair regularly. In terms of salon, its great value for money, staff are friendly and welcoming and it's definitely clean. I've also had multiple blow drys with Hayley prior to events and I'm never disappointed. I would not trust anybody else with my hair now. Wonderful!
