This was a really good value for money treatment and was great to find somewhere clean and classy feeling close to where I live as New Cross is still pretty down market. I was surprised that the therapist didn't use acetone to remove my polish though and only filed my nails down to get the gel polish off before applying more, i have never had that done before but it seemed to do an ok job. I would have liked to have my nails soaked and had the cuticles removed a little more before applying the new polish though. I also noticed a couple of days later that on a couple of nails the top coat wasn't thoroughly applied so there are a couple of dull patches. Overall I am happy with my experience there, the staff were friendly and professional and it's close to home, I'll go again.
