The massage therapist was a lovely lady, who paid close attention to my needs and wants. She was very attentive to how I felt the message was going and when I wanted a change in method i.e. harder/stronger, she made the right changes and there was no awkwardness. Amazing.
The setting was not great. the room lighting was one of those waiting room lights, and it would change a 'flutter' as lights do. It would then turn off completely and leave us both in the dark. This was un-relaxing. There was also the sound of hairdryers in the background and noisy radio. Again - not very relaxing. But this was nobodies fault in particular. If these factors had not been there and the setting was more what one would expect - then the whole experience would have been better.

Fantastic salon. The beautiful is amazing and puts you right at ease. Clean, efficient, friendly and professional. I then felt inspired and got my haircut straight afterwards which I also can't fault. A great salon.

I wanted a straight forward trim of a couple of inches but actually had more off in "hairdresser inches" (2 inches off = 4 inches). Thankfully I dont mind but many people would be upset about that. The salon was very busy and I had a wait as the hairdresser had another customer with a colour treatment, so also not too happy about a distracted hairdresser.
