The staff was friendly and the haircut was just like I asked for, but my hair was shampooed all over (even at the ends!) for about 10 minutes and only very mininally conditioned.

Hair cut was great and the hairdresser was lovely - only downside was that I had to wait 30 minutes for my cut

Very relaxing massage, friendly staff and great service. The only thing not up to scratch was the ambience - a bit noisy, bright lights... otherwise, a very relaxing experience :) thank you!
