Overall fine. Quite rough when washing hair. Got the feeling they felt uncomfortable giving a suggestion on how much I might need cutting off and seemed hesitant to cut off more than a couple inches despite me suggesting it. V blunt face framing cut

Really good, fast work - very happy with the result and the staff were nice. Not a huge amount of customer service - no drink offered / any chat really, but some would consider that a good thing!
