I booked an appointment for 10 am and was sat waiting there for 30 min and nobody showed up. I called her and was told she was stuck in traffic and ‘ cannot tell the bus to move’ . I’m very disappointed. She wasted my time and ruined my day . They lost a potential client. Very unprofessional! Please don’t come here
