Really terrible experience for my first time at this salon. I booked in for a half-head of highlights, treatment and blow dry as there did not appear to be an option on treatwell to include a cut or a toner. Stylist did not consult me before starting, barely did a T-section of uneven highlights and then said she did not have enough time to take the ends off my hair when I asked for a trim. Unusual to have poor service and result.
