Although I enjoyed the overall ambience of the place, I didn’t appreciate it when the stylist I have picked was swapped with somebody else. I wasn’t informed about this change beforehand. The stylist that cut my hair was unfortunately not so eager to follow my requests; she ended up giving me a haircut in a way she wanted to, which was significantly different than the examples I showed her. Nice place, but they should focus more on communication.

Sarah was very gentle with my hair. Very relaxing, self caring time for me. Despite my lack of input, she manage to give me a haircut which makes me feel very cute (and obviously very happy).
